Children's Sunday School Curriculum
In Sunday School, kids ages 2-6th Grade are using The Gospel Project curriculum. This curriculum goes through the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation, and the kids hear how the lessons point to the Gospel each week!
Unit 14: THE NORTHERN KINGDOM
Although the Northern Kingdom continued to worship idols, God
provided prophets to warn His people—and even foreign nations—to turn away from
their sin. While Nineveh repented and was spared God’s judgment, the nation of Israel
refused to worship God alone. As a result, God judged Israel’s idolatrous sin by allowing
the nation of Assyria to destroy the Northern Kingdom.
Unit 15: The Southern Kingdom
The Southern Kingdom of Judah experienced the reign of both good and evil kings. Yet, the people’s allegiance was divided between the worship of God and the idols of foreign nations. God sent prophets to warn the people to turn back to Him, but they did not listen. God disciplined His people by sending them into captivity in Babylon, but promised they would one day return home.
